FAQ about in-person visits

Q: Do I need to show my library card to enter?
A: No! Our reminders to bring your card or download the Minuteman app are intended to make things easier for you when you check out.
Q: Do I need an appointment to visit?
A: No! You can enter on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you limit the length your visit, and you may have a brief wait if we are already at capacity.
Q: Do I need an appointment for In-Person Hold Pick Up?
A: If you’re picking up in person, no appointment is needed. Just come in and locate your items on the hold shelf.
