Maker Mondays- Every other Monday: 5:30-6:30 in the NOWlab

Unwind by making something with your hands! Projects take about 60 minutes to complete, and all supplies are provided. Teens and Tweens in 6th-12 grade. Registration is required.

Teen Creative Writing- Mondays 3-5 in the Conference Room

Do you enjoy creative writing? Are you looking for a place where you can share and improve your stories? Published author Leta Seraphim will help you shape your creative writing with tips and techniques she’s learned through her years as a journalist at the Los Angeles Times Washington Bureau and the Boston Globe and as a novelist. Her novels have received starred reviews from Publishers Weekly.

High School Book Club- 3rd Tuesday of Every Month: 5:15-6 in the Conference Room

Read books. Eat snacks. Hang out! Every month we will pick a new book to read and talk about it over snacks. Books can be picked up in the teen area. Registration is required; any food allergies should be indicated when completing registration. 

Middle School Book Club- Every 4th Tuesday: 4:30-5:15 in the Conference Room

Read books. Eat snacks. Hang out! Every month we will pick a new book to read and talk about it over snacks. Books can be picked up in the teen area. Registration is required; any food allergies should be indicated when completing registration.  

Teen Advisory Board- Every 1st Tuesday: 6-7 in the Conference Room

Make your voice heard about what you want to see in the library! Earn community service hours, plan programming, and eat snacks! Drop-ins are welcome, for grades 9+

Comic Club- Every other Wednesday: 5-6 in the NOWlab

Do you love comics,  manga, manhwa, and other graphic novel types? Do you get unabashedly excited over fandoms? If so, join the Goodnow Comic Club to learn about new comics and geek out over your favorites, meet new friends, cosplay, and more! Every other Wednesday, for grades 6+

Teen Game Night- Every 3rd Thursday: 6-7 in the NOWlab

Drop-in to this monthly game night to play new and old board games, video games, and card games! We will provide a selection of different games to try out, but we recommend that you bring in your favorite game to play with the group!
